Event planning and coordination can be the most fun or the biggest nightmare. My services are here to make sure you enjoy every moment of your event from planning to completion. I have packages that include just day of coordination to full planning with the venue included.

Travel fees or accommodations may be requested if the event is more than one hour from Warwick, GA.
Flint River Preserve Venue Rental
$250 - $5,000
Flint River Preserve (FRP) in Warwick, GA offers a quaint, rustic venue with an open air chapel on the Flint River, an open air pavilion with two restrooms, and three ponds on the property.
We offer half day to full weekend rentals at FRP. If you are needing a venue with accomodations, there are several AirBNB and VRBO rentals within a mile, located on Lake Blackshear.
FRP rental packages require a 25% deposit at contract signing and the remaining balance due the day before your event.
Decoration Rentals
$1 - $50
Basic event decorations available including candles, vases, votives, greenery, silk florals, tablecloths, cocktail tables, natural wood tables, and vintage furniture.
Decoration rentals require a 25% deposit and the remaining balance due the day before your event. You can pick up decorations from FRP in Warwick, or they can be delivered for a fee.
